Service Advisor - MMG Mahindra Kokstad
What you’ll do
- Warmly welcome customers and accurately assess their service needs
- Efficiently schedule appointments and manage service requests
- Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repairs
- Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process
- Address customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Process service orders and maintain accurate records
What you bring
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving and initiative
- A collaborative mindset and positive energy
What Sets You Apart
- Advanced knowledge of automotive administrative systems
- Familiarity with Evolve DMS will be an advantage
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor / Warranty Clerk
