What you’ll do

Warmly welcome customers and accurately assess their service needs

Efficiently schedule appointments and manage service requests

Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers

Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repairs

Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process

Address customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism

Process service orders and maintain accurate records
What you bring

Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive problem-solving and initiative

A collaborative mindset and positive energy

Advanced knowledge of automotive administrative systems

Familiarity with Evolve DMS will be an advantage

Proven experience as a Service Advisor / Warranty Clerk
